Lyn is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience supporting healthcare organizations through medical administration, utilization review, and patient care coordination. She brings a strong clinical foundation combined with extensive expertise in insurance authorization, medical necessity review, claims management, and reimbursement support.

Throughout her career, Lyn has worked closely with physicians, case managers, billing teams, and insurance providers to ensure timely authorizations, accurate documentation, and seamless communication across departments. Her background includes managing physician schedules, processing prescriptions, maintaining HIPAA-compliant electronic health records, and coordinating patient services from intake through discharge.

Outside of work, Lyn enjoys traveling, reading fiction, and watching movies and TV shows. She loves spending time with her nephews—either to go swimming or playing Monopoly and video games—and finds joy in baking during her downtime.
